Prof. Dr. Karl Hönle, company founder and long-time chairman of the supervisory board of Dr. Hönle AG, will resign from office at the next Annual General Meeting on March 23.03.2023, XNUMX and will be leaving the Supervisory Board at his own request. The supervisory board of Dr. At its last meeting, Hönle AG decided to nominate Dr. to propose Franz Richter as a new candidate for election to the Supervisory Board. It is intended that Dr. Richter then takes over the chairmanship of the supervisory board.
The Supervisory Board would like to thank the outgoing Chairman of the Supervisory Board for his commitment and for his many years of work for the benefit of the company. Prof. Hönle played a key role in the development of the group of companies. Since the transformation of the Dr. Hönle GmbH into a stock corporation in 1999, he is a member of the supervisory board and has been its chairman since 2015. Prof. Hönle was one of the founders and first managing director of the predecessor company of today's Dr. Hönle AG. The Supervisory Board wishes Prof. Hönle all the best for the future.
