Excelitas Technologies acquires Heraeus Noblelight
Excelitas Technologies Corp. announces the completed acquisition of the Noblelight division from the Heraeus Group. Noblelight has factories in Germany, UK, USA, China and Japan as well as several international application centers and sales offices. Excelitas, a leading company in the development and manufacture of innovative, market-oriented photonics solutions for industry and medical technology, is strengthening its position in the global market for specialty light sources through the acquisition.
The takeover was officially completed on January 1, 2024. The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the contract.
