Addixx oxygen measuring cell IB-MZ-001

The Addixx oxygen measuring cell IB-MZ-001 enables external capture
the residual oxygen concentration during an inerting process
e.g. B. with the Addixx inert boxes IB-K-SV, IB-K-SR or IB-K-SR-UF.

For this purpose, gas is generated from an inert gas source through the open gas inlet valve
introduced into the inert box. The gas outlet valve is open by means of a
hose connected to the electrically connected measuring cell (gas in)
and flushed them with the gas from the inert box. The
current rest-O2-Concentration determined and displayed. The escaping gas
is then connected to a fume hood or through a hose (gas out).
window led to the outside.

Upon reaching the desired residual O2concentration, the two shut-off valves of the inert box are closed and the
Inert box separated from the gas source and from the measuring cell. Then z. B. UV curing on a conveyor belt
take place. The measured value and the set limit value are shown on an alphanumeric LCD display with background
lighting displayed.

The display area of the Addixx oxygen measuring cell IB-MZ-001 is between 0,1% to 21% oxygen content by default
and takes place in 0,1% steps. For measuring lower residual O2-Concentrations may be an additional separate on request
device are provided.

The  Addixx oxygen measuring cell IB-MZ-001 requires an operating voltage of 220V and can therefore be used without additional
Power pack can be connected to any standard socket.
