Kansai Helios buys Weilburger
Kansai Helios is taking over the entire industrial coatings business from Grebe Holding in Weilburg, Germany
Holding under the name Weilburger Coating.
Weilburger is a well-known manufacturer of industrial coatings, particularly in the areas of non-stick, high-temperature,
Railway and other industrial specialty coatings. The company was founded in 1900 at its current location
Headquarters founded in Weilburg and has group companies in Germany, Italy, France, Turkey,
the USA, Brazil, India and China. There are currently over 600 employees working in seven different production facilities
Sales branches for Weilburger.
The purchase is part of a series of acquisitions by Kansai Helios. So has the company in recent years
already purchased the European industrial coatings business of Beckers and Wefa Coatings, which also serves industrial
and railway coatings are known.
